Handyman Services
When you call for Handyman services such as ceiling fan, light fixture, or sink installations , etc. I can usually provide you with a quote right over the phone.
How I do this is based on a flat rate per project.
If you are not familiar with flat rate it is basically one price per project rather than an hourly wage.

All prices are for replacing existing fixtures in place, call for pricing on other installations such as adding to new location.

What you can expect when you call for a price on a bathroom, kitchen or basement remodel is to start with a free consultation.
I will get your general information and we can set up a time that best suites you and take a look at the space and make a plan for what you want the space to turn into.
At this point I can give you a ballpark figure.
If you are still interested I will then go ahead with the design phase which is the fun part!
I can work with you and if you need inspiration I can come up with some creative ideas as well.
Once that is complete we will contract with a down payment ( a third of the job)
and I will begin ordering material and we will schedule a start date.
After that all you have to do is watch the transformation happen!
